Common Questions
Can you smoke inside?
Yes. Summit is a retail tobacco store in a freestanding building, which is what allows indoor smoking here.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Summit does not sell memberships. The lounge is open to anyone who walks in. Lockers are storage, not access.
Will my clothes smell afterwards?
Less than you are expecting. Both lounges run cutting-edge ventilation with active carbon filtration that pulls VOCs, contaminants, odor and dust out of the air rather than moving it around the room.
Are non-smokers welcome?
Yes. The filtration keeps both lounges comfortable for people who are not smoking.
Can a group just show up?
Yes. We do not take reservations or private bookings. Walk in and take a corner of the patio, the grounds, or either lounge.
Is the patio open in the winter?
The patio is covered and heated, and it stays usable well past the point most patios close for the year. The two indoor lounges carry the deep winter.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is parking on site in our own lot.
Will someone help me pick a cigar?
Yes. Tell whoever is behind the counter what you like and how much time you have, and they will put something in your hand.
